Distance Sales Scheme Statement

Mylson Stoke does not operate under an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you choose not to view your vehicle at our Stoke-on-Trent premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to the standard 14-day cancellation period.
All statutory rights remain unaffected. Should a vehicle need to be returned for any reason, the costs of return will be the responsibility of the buyer unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
